At TheUrbanethnics, we want you to love every saree you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Exchanges are available for a different colour or size of the same product (subject to availability)
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at theurbanethnics@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason

↩ī¸ Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)

  1. Email us at theurbanethnics@gmail.com with your order number and reason
  2. We will share the return shipping address
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund
